DESCRIPTION

Epoxy Aluminum Putty is a two components compound provides excellent adhesion strength to Aluminum but also to most metals and concrete.

Epoxy Aluminum Putty provides excellent resistance to oil, water and many chemicals.

 

 

APPLICATION

Epoxy Aluminum Putty is recommended for use in repairing cracks and breaks in castings, machinery etc. made of aluminum and those required non-rusting finish.

MIXING INSTRUCTION

Aluminum putty can be supplied in two versions

1.A side and B-side are soft past and the result is putty

2.A side is soft past and B side is liquid

 Version 1

Epoxy Aluminum (parts A and B) are soft putties easy to mix. Take equal amounts of A and B, mix thoroughly, scraping sides and bottom of the container until uniform consistency is obtained. The putty is ready for use as an adhesive or filler.
Version 2

Weigh out the required amount of A side, weigh into 10 parts of B side to 100 parts of A side
Mix curing agent in thoroughly, scraping sides and bottom of the mixing container De-air, if necessary.
Pour into cavity
