DESCRIPTION

Epusil EP 118 is an easy-to-use, equal ratio (by volume), low viscosity epoxy potting/casting compound, designed for production dispensing equipment in protecting electronic components and systems. Epusil Ep-118 features good electrical properties.

MIXING INSTRUCTION

1.        Pre-mix the contents prior to use to assure uniformity. Some light settling may occur which can be easily re-incorporated.

2.        Measure out equal volumes of each component.

3.        Mix thoroughly, scraping both the bottom and sides of the container.

4.        Pour into cavity or mold.

5.        Re-cover both containers immediately after use.

CURE SCHDULE

Overnight at room temperature (12-16 hours @ 25 0C, or 2 hours at room temperature (25 0C) and then 2 hours at 55 0C.
