MIXING INSTRUCTIONS
1.
Stir Epusil EP 142 in its original container until
uniform.
2.
Weigh out required amount of Epusil EP 142.
3.
Weigh into 100 parts of Epusil EP 142 10 parts of
Epcure EPC 142.
4.
Mix thoroughly, being careful to scrape sides and
bottom of container to ensure proper blending.
5.
De-air (if necessary) at 0.5 cm.Hg. for 10 minutes.
6.
Pour into cavity or mold.
CURE SCHEDULE
De-molding time at room temperature is about 5-6
hours. Post curing of 1 hour at 800C and
4 hours at 1300 C will complete the
properties development.
Otherwise, a period of 30 days is needed to receive
the full properties.
