MIXING INSTRUCTION
1.
Warm Epusil EP 145 to 30 – 40 0C and stir
contents thoroughly before withdrawing any material.
2.
Weigh out required amount of Epusil EP 145 and weigh
into it 10.6+/-0.2 parts of EPC 145 per 100 parts
Epusil EP 145.
3.
Mix curing agent in thoroughly.
4.
De-air (if necessary) at 0.5 cm. Hg. For 10 minutes.
5.
Pour into mold or cavity.
CURE SCHDULE
Gel time – 180 min,
De mold time 6-8 hrs. Final properties – 7 days
Hardens when cured at ambient is 75-80 Shored. After
post cure at 800 C, the hardness will be
80-84 Shore D
