EPUSIL EP - 147
Very high thermal conductivity epoxy compound
DESCRIPTION
Epusil EP-147 IS an
epoxy casting system giving extremely high thermal
conductivity. Several hardeners can be used to cure
EPUSIL EP 147. However, where thermal conductivity
is critical, the hardeners with low ratios should be
used to prevent deterioration and retention of
properties.

MIXING INSTRUCTIONS
1.
Pre-heat Epusil EP-147 to 500C to 600C
to enhance flow and air release.
2.
Stir contests thoroughly until all filler is
dispersed.
3.
Measure out required amount of Epusil EP-147. Weigh
into it 4 parts of Epcure 9 per 100 parts Epusil
EP-147, or 4.5-5.5 parts Epcure 11 per 100 parts
Epusil EP-147.
4.
Mix thoroughly being sure to scrape sides and bottom
of mixing container.
5.
Where void- free castings or coatings are required,
de-gas for 2-5 minutes at 1/2 to
1cm.Hg.
6.
Pour into mold or device.
