DESCRIPTION
Epusil EP 169
FR is a low viscosity, self-extinguishing epoxy
potting and casting compound, which conforms to UL
standard 94 flame class. It is used where low
viscosity for penetration and flow is necessary and
where self-extinguishing properties are important.

Note:
In order to avoid sedimentation in Part A is
delivered in two parts.

Before mixing A and B it is important to unified the
two ingredients of part A and then continue to the
mixing instructions.
MIXING INSTRUCTION
1.
Mix the contents of EP 169 FR in its original
container.
2.
Weigh out required amount of Epusil EP169 FR (A)
3.
Weigh into appropriate curing agent:
EPC 69/74 - 13.5 parts per hundred parts of EP169 FR
(A)
EPC 9 - 7.5 to 8 parts per hundred parts of EP 169
FR (A)
EPC 11 - 8.5 to 9.5 parts per hundred parts of EP
169 FR (A)
4.
Mix thoroughly, being careful to scrap sides and
bottom of container to ensure
proper blending.
5.
Evacuate for
5
to 10 minuet if required.
Pour into cavity or mold.
