DESCRIPTION
Epusil EP 501 is a clear, unfilled epoxy with
moderate viscosity for general-purpose casting and
impregnation, exhibiting excellent electrical and
physical properties.

MIXING INSTRUCTION
1.
Weigh out required amount of Epusil EP 501
2.
Mix thoroughly, being careful to scrape sides and
bottom of container to ensure proper blending
3.
Evacuate for 5 to 10 if void-free castings are
required.
4.
Pour into cavity or mold.
CURE SCHDULE
EPC 9 – Cure at room temperature for 4 to 8 hours
with full curing after 24 hours.
EPC
11 – 250 gr. masses: Cure at room temperature up to
hardening and than 2-3 hours at 700C.
For full properties a post Cure of 2-3 hours at 1000C

kg. masses: Cure 2-3 hours at 600C.
Post Cure 2-3 hours at 1000C
Large masses: Cure overnight at room temperature.
Post Cure 2-3 hours at 750C; than 3 hour
at 1000C or more according to the Tg
needed.
