Epusil EP 71/304 IP is a low viscosity, two components, room temperature curing, transparent compound with high thermal shock resistance (-40 to 1000C)

Mixing instruction

1.             Mix thoroughly in the original container

2.             Weigh out require amount of EP 71

3.             Weigh into 100 units of EP 71 40 units of EPC 304 IP

4.             Mix thoroughly, being careful to scrape sides and bottom of the container to

ensure proper mixing

5.             Evacuate for 2 to 5 minutes if void free casting is required

6.               Pour into cavity or mold

* After post curing of 3 to 4 hours at 900 the hardness will reach 80 Shore D
