Semi-flexible Epoxy Compounds with

Superior Thermal Shock Resistance

DESCRIPTION

Epusil EP 980, EP 981 and EP 982 are a “family” of semi-flexible epoxy compounds displaying superior thermal shock resistance and excellent electrical properties over a wide range of temperatures. They represent a class of “new breed” epoxy resins technology based on cycloaliphatic chemistry.

MIXING INSTRUCTION

1.      Pre-heat both Parts A and B to 500C – 600C and mix well before using

2.        Weigh out required amount of Part A and measure into it the calculated amount of Part B. Mix thoroughly.

3.      Evacuate for 10 minutes @ 5-10 mm. Hg. (Usually unnecessary with EP 981).

4.      Pour into mold or cavity.

CURE SCHEDULE

From 2 hours at 1250C to 24 hours at 700C.
