DESCRIPTIOPN

Epusil U 105 is a urethane encapsulating compound, two components, room temperature curing. The cured U 105 is soft, flexible and also has thermal shock resistance, electrical properties and adhesion to a verity of material. The U 105 has exceptional hydrolytic stability, The U 105 cures very well at room temperatures.

MIXING INSTRUCTION

1. Stir well before using if settling is present.

2. Weigh out 9 parts of Part B (UC 138) per 100 parts of U 105.

3. Mix curing agent in thoroughly mixing bottom & sides of the mixing container.

4. Pour into mold or unit as required.

5. Air can be removed with vacuum.
