EPUSIL RTV-262
High tear, mid Viscosity RTV Silicone
Description
Epusil RTV-262 is
a mid viscosity, translucent RTV silicone Epusil RTV-
262. Is used in situations where component
identification and vibration shock protection is
needed. Epusil RTV-262 cure may be accelerated by
the use of elevated temperature.

MIXING INSTRUCTIONS
1.
Weigh out amount of Epusil RTV-262 Part A.
2.
Measure 1 part of B side into each 10 parts of A
side
3.
Mix thoroughly, scraping both sides and bottom of
container.
4.
If void-free cured RTV is essential, evacuate the
RTV at 0.15 cm pressure for about five minutes,
immediately after catalyst incorporation. Excessive
evacuation can result in slow or complete loss of
cure. Evacuate only 1-2 minutes more after the head
collapses.
CURE SCHEDULE
Overnight at room temperature (12-16 hours) at 250C;
two hours at 450C; one hour @ 600C.
